Labs must be completed individually There will be a ray diagram quiz (closed book) on Friday. One question only. 1. Using the length of your camera, the height of the image, and a reasonable estimate of the object height, calculate the object distance.
2. One of the characteristics of images from a pinhole camera is that they tend to be slightly "fuzzy". What wave phenomenon at the pinhole can help explain the fuzziness? 3. Unlike a regular lens camera, a pinhole camera has no focal length. What is a focal length? 4. How would the length of time required for an exposure be different if your camera was twice as long (pinhole to paper distance)? You will need to look up how light intensity changes with distance from the source. complete notes that were handed out today (reflection and mirrors).
